Oh and my favourite way to use tahini is to mix with greek yoghurt, a few drops of lemon and olive oil whisked together as a dressing/dip/sauce.

I smugly am reporting for The Barossa Valley that somehow for the first time in decades I did indeed leave having ticked all the boxes. I can also report that the chances of me repeating this in the coming decades are remote. Enjoy your holiday and happy Easter xx
