You know, Lindsay, that it's the words you write ABOUT your cooking life that are the tasters, the tasting and the tastiest to an average cook like me. What a stellar read!
Oh, my! I did not know I wanted a cheese soufflé until now. I've never made any sort of soufflé, and admit to being a bit intimidated. But, I suppose it's not inedible even if it doesn't properly puff. 😬 I'll let you know if/how it works out.
Is this the recipe, Lindsay? The link isn't working for me. Thank you for the inspiration!

Thank you Prue, that means a lot ♥️
Yes - this. I just want to hang out in Lindsay's kitchen, sipping tea and watching her cook, while random children run in and out. :)
And random cats and dogs! Come anytime ♥️
I love the metaphor in this piece and the feeling I’m left with, both a desire to make soufflé and to practice my craft/s x
There’s beauty in the practice isn’t there Sally ♥️ thanks for this note xoxo
As always, a lovely journey of a read.
Thank you Nancie for coming along on the journey :)
